Refund Policy

30 days, no questions asked.

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return, for any reason and without giving one. This includes miniatures printed to order - if it is not right for you, it goes back.

 

How to Start a Return

Email us at contact@rpgguild.shop. If your return is accepted we send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Please do not send anything back before contacting us - parcels sent without a requested return cannot be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or wrong, contact us straight away and we will replace it or refund you.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return we let you know the outcome. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need a few more days to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.

 

European Union - 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your order ships into the European Union you also have the statutory right to cancel or return within 14 days without giving a reason. Our 30-day policy above is more generous and applies in addition to it.

Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
