Shipping Policy

We are committed to providing you with the best possible shopping experience and making sure your orders are delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner. Please take a moment to read our shipping policy below.

Delivery Times All orders are processed within 5-10 business days of receipt. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the delivery option you choose during checkout. Our standard delivery option using Poczta Polska can take up to 10 business days for international orders, depending on the destination country. Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak seasons and holidays.

Delivery Costs Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the items you order and the destination country. You will see the shipping cost during checkout before you submit your order.

International Shipping We offer international shipping to most countries. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs or import duties that may be applied in the destination country.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your order on the Poczta Polska website.

Missing or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us immediately so we can investigate the issue. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by customs or other factors outside of our control.

Import Tariffs & Customs Notice (USA Customers)

Due to current trade regulations between the European Union and the United States, orders shipped from our Guild (based in the EU) to the USA may be subject to additional customs duties and handling fees upon arrival.

Based on our experience and customer reports, this usually includes:
• ~3% customs duties
• ~$15 handling/brokerage fee (charged by the shipping carrier or customs)

These amounts may vary depending on your location, order value, and current US customs policies.

Please note:

RPG Guild is not responsible for these additional charges, and they are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.

We do not have control over customs processing, delays, or applied duty rates.

We strongly recommend conducting your own research on local laws, import limits, and current U.S. tariffs before placing an order.
