Shipping Policy

Every miniature is printed and hand-detailed to order, so your parcel is made after you place the order - not pulled off a shelf.

 

Production Time

All orders are produced within 5-7 business days. During peak seasons and holidays this can take longer; if that happens, we will tell you.

 

Delivery Times

Delivery time is counted from the moment your parcel leaves the Guild:

Poland - 2-4 days
European Union - 5-8 days
Switzerland - 8-10 days
United States - 10-14 days
United Kingdom - 10-15 days
Australia - 14-21 days
Canada - 21 days

 

Delivery Costs

Shipping is free on orders over 60 EUR / 60 USD, or the equivalent in your local currency (120 PLN, 53 GBP, 56 CHF, 90 AUD, 96 CAD). Below that threshold the cost is calculated at checkout from the weight and size of your order and your destination - you always see it before you confirm.

 

Carriers

We ship from the European Union with the postal or courier service best suited to your country: DHL, La Poste, Bpost, PostNord, Posti, Hellenic Post, Canada Post, InPost and Poczta Polska.

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can track any of our carriers in one place:

Orders to the United States

Import duties and handling fees on orders shipped to the United States are covered by RPG Guild. You will not be asked for any additional payment on delivery.

 

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at contact@rpgguild.shop and we will investigate. We cannot control delays caused by customs or events outside our hands, but we will always help you chase it.
