If your order arrives broken in any way, please let us know! We will take care of you immediately, we want our customers to get what they paid for :)
Can I get different favourite mini of the month if I already got one this month?
Yes, of course you can :) Just contact us about it, and we will figure things out!
My package got lost, what do I do?
Please inform us if your parcel hasn't arrived on time. We'll make every effort to locate it and provide you with the best possible solution for the situation
Do you offer miniatures in sizes other than 28mm/32mm and 38mm?
Feel free to message us about your request, and we'll confirm if it's possible. If it is, we'll be happy to print exactly what you want.
My miniatures arrived not assembled, what do I do now?
Yes, we send our miniatures not assembled for the sake of their safety during shipment. To assemble them we recommend cyanoacrylate glue, it is transparent when dries out and is easy to use. It also helps when something arrives broken but needs an easy fix :)
